All payments made towards purchasing any subscription plan or service on QR Bills are final and non-refundable. We encourage users to explore our free features before opting for a paid plan to ensure it meets their requirements.
QR Bills offers both free and premium subscription-based services. Once a premium plan is activated, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, either partially or fully.
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, if a payment was made in error (such as duplicate payment), you may contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. Such cases will be reviewed individually, and a refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
Users can cancel their subscription anytime from the account dashboard. However, the cancellation will only prevent future billing. The current subscription will remain active until its expiry, and no refund will be provided for the unused period.
In the event of service disruption, maintenance, or account termination due to policy violation, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
